Covers your medical intake, account setup, and routing of your information to a licensed provider in your state.
Initial labs / blood work
One time, if required
Only charged if new lab work is needed. Valid labs completed in the past 90 days can usually be uploaded instead.
Virtual provider visit
One time, at start of care
Your visit with a licensed provider who reviews your history, labs, and goals and determines whether treatment is appropriate.
Follow-up visit
As needed
Check-ins to review how treatment is working and adjust your plan when clinically appropriate.
